Apologies for the sporadic updates. Worst thing is actually having a real job to pay the bills, and having to do all the other shit around it.
Anyway. This week, I was catching up with an old schoolfriend. We used to enthuse about certain bands together, and argue about many others. So we're IMing, and he commits the cardinal sin of claiming music today is shit and there's nothing good coming out anymore. I hate this. Seriously, when people say that sort of thing, I do just want to staple their ears to their genitals and drown them in a vat of old milk. But I was measured in my response, I didn't call him a salty dickbag or anything, so I think I did pretty well. Then I did something really nice, and made a Muxtape for him. 12 songs, 6 from this year, 6 from last, that I think he'd probably really like. Except the Crystal Castles one, but I just wanted to put it on there.
